It seems like he fell out of the boat by accident. You should tell Professor Hamill so he can report it to the Calypso Law Enforcement Agency.
On return to Professor Hamill:
Your clothes seem damp. Have you been out diving again? - I've found the Captain of the boat, I'm afraid he's dead.
Oh. Shame. I will inform the company in Orthos. I don't think he had any relatives to speak of though.
Maybe he was drunk on the job again. I did warn him that something would happen, but I never thought... This is quite a shocker. I suppose it will. I mean, there must be someone else they can hire to make my deliveries. Well, no time for chitchag. I found this Lysterium stone in the fertilizer. I think it belonged to him. I have no use for it, so why don't you take it? Make sure to clean it properly.
