So, you want to learn about the Repair Terminal

Choices:

• Yes, please.
• No thanks, I have changed my mind.

If you choose 'Yes, please'

Ok! The Repair Terminal lets you repair items that have been damaged.  The item condition is displayed in the bar just above your item in your inventory.  Not that not all items have got an item condition, such as your PED-card.

• Can I repair all items?

No.  Some items are limited, and some are unlimited.  If the item is limited it has a "(L)" indication in the end of its name.  If the item name does not end with an "(L)" indication it is unlimited, which means you can repair it.  Limited items cant be repaired.

• So why choose a limited weapon if it cant be repaired?

Well, you should ask the other colonists that really.  Some limited weaons have better power or range for example.

We have a pair of Repair Terminals just behind me, the green ones.  You should investigate one of them and then come back here.

On operating the Repair Terminal:

Double click the terminal to operate it

• Ok.

When an item has a bad condition you can repair it by dragging the item from your inventory to the repair window.  You can then decide by how much you want to repair it by dragging the slider to the left or the right.  This will also deisply how much repairing your item will cost.  You can repair several items at the same time.
